Here are some of the most commonly asked questions I’ve received regarding fitness training and my work. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
PERSONAL TRAINING
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL PLAN IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO COMMIT?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer trial memberships, but we do offer one time drop-in sessions. We also provide a few different commitment plans for personal training sessions.
I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?
That's no problem! Your personal training plan will be tailored just for you. KoreFit is here to assist you at ANY fitness level you're at! We all have to start somewhere.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS?
You MUST cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a session for NO call/NO show. Rescheduling is up to the discretion of the trainer.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY APPOINTMENT WITH ME?
NO! CLIENTS ONLY. Absolutely NO guests or children.
I SIGNED UP FOR A PLAN, AND I WANT TO CANCEL EARLY. WHAT DO I DO?
Speak with your trainer. KoreFit understands that things happen. We offer a buyout option, or a medical release.
I HAVE A WORKOUT PARTNER THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN WITH. DO YOU OFFER GROUP SESSIONS?
We do offer 2 person sessions with the purchase of a 16 personal training session plan.
Group sessions will require two separate assessments to determine if clients are on the same activity level.
*NOTE: Accepting group training is up to the discretion of the trainer.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
I JUST RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders take 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. This does not include shipping time.
Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-orders take 2-3 weeks to process. You will be notified when your order is in stock, and shipped.
Once your package is placed in the possession of the United States Postal Service, KoreFit will not be held responsible for any packages lost in transit or if your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING?
Due to COVID-19, NO ELECTIVE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. All items are FINAL SALE. Defective items will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
NOTE: All returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. If an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING IF I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
Yes.
*Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location which includes our freight costs for shipping an item TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
We have a 7 day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item was received by you the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a store gift card.
Store credit does not expire.
IS THERE SALES TAX?
Products sold on this website and shipped to locations in the US are subject to sales tax. Taxes will be collected on each item as required by each state's taxing authority.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes!
It is our policy to keep your credit card information secure. When you enter your credit card information online, we use a secure order site, which encrypts and protects your credit card information.
